Balance between lightness and strength: Reduce packaging weight (such as honeycomb paperboard replacing some wooden pallets) while ensuring compressive strength to reduce logistics costs.

Retail packaging needs to consider unpacking convenience (such as easy-to-tear design) and display effect (transparent window to show wheel details).

Transportation safety

Comply with international transportation standards (such as ISTA 3A dynamic simulation test, ASTM D4169 transportation test) to ensure anti-drop and anti-vibration performance.

Special industry requirements

The medical and food industries must comply with FDA, ISO 22000 and other hygiene standards; exported products must meet the regulations of the target country (such as REACH, RoHS).

6. Adaptation to special scenarios

Tires: Inner packaging may require inflatable airbags or foam rings to fix the tire body, and the outer box may need to add a moisture-proof layer; radial tires need to avoid sidewall pressure.

Industrial rollers: If bearings or motors are included, they need to be independently packaged for shockproofing and marked as "fragile parts"; heavy-duty rollers need to strengthen the pallet load-bearing capacity (such as metal frames + wooden boards).
